Coves Coffee started from a dream to connect my deep love of the outdoors with my passion for coffee, sustainability, and the belief that every cup of coffee—whether at home or on the trail—should taste incredible.
Each of our single-origin coffees are micro lots, meaning they are sourced directly from small farms and co-ops who are compensated fairly for their hard work. Our coffees are continually changing and available seasonally since many of the producers we stock are incredibly small. This contributes to our sustainability efforts and provides you with the freshest coffee possible whether hitting the trail or recharging at home.

Betsy brings over 10 years of ceramics experience to our team. Connecting our love of coffee and the outdoors has been our passion from day one. For years we’ve dreamt about what it would look like to further our dream by bringing together our passion for artisanal design, nature, and coffee.
Our Coves Coffee ceramics line was the first step in that dream becoming a reality. Being lovers of all things outdoors, our approach isn’t perfect. Rather, it’s unrefined, rough, and always in process. But that’s what we’re all about – challenges, adventures, and, of course, damn good coffee.
